Givebear processes the transaction, retains a small transparent fee to cover credit card processing, secure software hosting, and operations, and deposits the rest directly into your organization's bank account.
Yes! Donors will be asked if they'd like to add the transaction fee to their donation so that 100% of their intended gift goes to your cause. The majority of donors happily choose to do this.
We offer full hardware maintenance and warranty. If a kiosk stops functioning through normal use, we will ship a replacement unit immediately at no cost to you.
We highly recommend connecting the kiosk to your secure Wi-Fi or via ethernet for optimal performance, however, cellular options are available for off-site events and galas.
Absolutely. When you set up your Givebear account, you will input your organization's legal details and tax ID. The automated email receipts are formatted to meet all requirements for charitable giving (501c3/CRA).
